Epic Productions Group is an event production and hospitality company based in Lehi, Utah, in the Silicon Slopes. Founded in 2023, it plans and runs corporate events for tech companies, from user conferences and sales kickoffs to incentive trips and executive retreats, handling the production side (audiovisual, content and branding) and the hospitality side (accommodations, food and beverage, and transportation) under one roof.
Epic Productions Group was founded in 2023 to handle both sides of a corporate event: the production work of audiovisual, content and branding, and the hospitality work of rooms, food and beverage, and transportation. Few event companies do both, and that pairing is the whole pitch. A brand-new company needed a brand and a website that made it obvious from the first screen.
The audience is marketing and events teams at tech companies planning user conferences, sales kickoffs, incentive trips and executive retreats, often overseas. They hire on trust, so the site had to look as polished as the stages Epic builds, explain three distinct services without getting confusing, and make it easy to start a conversation about a specific event.
We built the brand around the energy of a live show: a bold condensed display face, a hot pink accent against near-black, and the EPIC wordmark that sits in the header and footer of every page. Large event photography and video carry the design, with pink offset frames around feature images giving the site its own recognizable look.
The structure follows how buyers think about an event. Event Production, Event Management and Experiential Marketing each get a dedicated page, the About page introduces Ali and Nick and their mix of production and hospitality skills, and a Consultation button stays in the header so a visitor is never more than a click from asking for help. Everything runs on WordPress and Elementor, so Epic's team can add new photos, client logos and articles on their own.

The homepage closes with a grid of eight event types, from user conferences and film production to award ceremonies and executive retreats. Each tile pairs a real event photo with a bold label, so a visitor can spot their own kind of event in seconds.
The condensed headlines, pink accents and full-bleed event photography make Epic look like the kind of company that runs big, high-production events. For a new firm pitching tech brands, that first impression does a lot of the selling.
Production and hospitality each have a dedicated page, and the About page ties them together. Prospects quickly understand that Epic can handle the stage and the hotel block, which is the reason to hire them.
A Consultation button sits in every header, calls to action close every page, and the form collects event size and interests up front. Interested planners always have a clear next step.
Built on WordPress and Elementor, the site lets Epic add articles, swap in new event photography and update client logos without a developer. It also works cleanly on phones, where many planners first check out a vendor.
