We had already given the brand a WordPress and WooCommerce store, but the business kept outgrowing it. The catalog now runs to more than 1,700 parts, many of them offered in three performance tiers, ten standard powder-coat colors and a list of optional add-ons, and each one has to fit a specific vehicle and year.
That is a lot of decisions to put in front of a buyer, and a lot of data to keep in sync behind the scenes. The new store had to make fitment impossible to get wrong, explain the difference between tiers without a phone call, and run on the same system Core 4x4 uses to manage its products and orders.

We rebuilt the store as a fully custom build inside Odoo, so the website and the product catalog live in one system. Everything starts with the vehicle: a Year-Make-Model selector in the hero, a Shop by Vehicle mega menu, a saved garage that keeps the shopper's rig with them as they browse, and catalog pages that filter by price, kit size, brand and category.
Product pages do the heavy lifting. Shoppers confirm fit, pick a color (or request a custom powder-coat match), choose between the X-Series tiers, add options like steering kits or long arm upgrades and see the price update as they go. Affirm financing, Google reviews, related parts and full specs sit on the same page, wrapped in the dark, gritty look of the brand.

The Shop by Vehicle mega menu lists every supported platform, from the Jeep Gladiator and every Wrangler generation to Ram, Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet, GMC and Cadillac trucks and SUVs. Shoppers can add their vehicle to a garage once, and the store keeps showing them parts that fit.
The vehicle selector, garage and fit check follow the shopper from the homepage to the cart. Buyers see parts for their own Jeep or truck instead of sorting through everything, which takes most of the guesswork out of a big suspension purchase.
Tiers, colors, custom powder coat and add-on options all live on one clear product page, with the price updating as choices change. Configurations that used to need a phone call can now be built and ordered online.
Because the store is built inside Odoo, products, pricing and orders are managed in the same place Core 4x4 runs its business. There is no separate catalog to keep in sync, and new parts and vehicles show up on the site as they are added.
Distressed type, bold orange and real shop and trail photography give the store the same workshop personality as the products. It works just as well on a phone, with a mobile vehicle picker and a full mobile menu for shopping from the garage or the trailhead.
