The Manifest Operation was a mentorship network founded by entrepreneur, real estate investor and sales professional Wesley Davis. It connected people looking for guidance with mentors and business owners in fields such as business, finance, real estate, leadership and life coaching, and it was free to browse. Davis also wrote The Manifest Method, a short guide to help readers achieve their goals.
Wesley Davis started the Manifest Operation because of a gap he had felt himself: there was no single place to quickly reach business owners and mentors across a wide range of interests and industries. His idea was an ecosystem of entrepreneurs and mentors, free to browse, where anyone could find someone who had already walked the path they were on.
That made the website the product, not just a brochure. It had to present a real directory of people, make each mentor easy to find by expertise and audience, and persuade successful professionals to apply. It also had to give sponsors a reason to get involved and give Davis's book, The Manifest Method, a home, all while feeling personal and approachable rather than corporate.
We organized the site around two clear calls to action, Find a Mentor and Join the Network, with a lighter path for sponsors underneath. The main menu followed the same logic: Explore the Network, Join the Network, The Manifest Method and About, with a Feedback button and a member login always in reach. Inner pages shared one hero pattern, with tilted video-call style photo cards that hinted at the online mentoring the network was built for.
The site ran on WordPress with Elementor Pro, and we built the mentor directory with JetEngine so each mentor was a structured entry with a photo, title, expertise and age groups. Formidable Forms powered the application, contact and registration forms. Alongside the build, we wrote the site's copy, from the mentor benefits and FAQs to the sponsor pitch.
The site gave mentees, mentors and sponsors each a clear way in. Choose a feature to see how it looked.
The Explore the Network page listed every mentor in a photo grid with their name and title, each linking to a profile page. Visitors could search by keyword, filter by mentorship age group and area of expertise, narrow by rating and load more profiles as they went.
Real photos of the network's mentors, soft blue backgrounds and rounded green and purple buttons made the site feel welcoming. For a network built on personal connection, the design put people first on every page.
Find a Mentor and Join the Network sat side by side in the hero, with a separate link for sponsors. Mentees, mentors and sponsors each had their own page, their own pitch and their own next step.
Because mentors were structured JetEngine entries rather than hand-built page sections, adding someone new meant filling in a profile. The directory, its filters and the mentor grids elsewhere on the site picked them up from there.
The layout stacked cleanly on small screens, with full-width buttons, single-column benefit cards and large mentor photos. Visitors could browse the network and find a mentor just as easily on a phone as on a laptop.
