Anderson Development has spent decades assembling land, securing entitlements and building the infrastructure behind some of Utah's best-known master-planned communities and commercial centers. Its previous website didn't show any of that. Built on WPBakery and Slider Revolution, it had a dated layout, a gold emblem logo that no longer fit the company, and a project list that read like a spreadsheet rather than a portfolio.
The site also had to speak to very different people at once. Landowners weighing whether to sell, investors looking for property-secured opportunities, and the vertical developers AD markets land to all arrive with their own questions, and each of them needed to see the scale of AD's track record and find a clear way to start a conversation.
