Bullfrog Spas is a premium hot tub and swim spa brand known for its patented JetPak Therapy System®, which allows customers to personalize their hydrotherapy experience with interchangeable massage seats and targeted jet options. Based in Bluffdale, Utah, the company sells its range of hot tubs and swim spas through a dealer network across North America and beyond.
Bullfrog's previous website had carried the brand for years, but it was built on an aging page builder and slider plugins, and it no longer felt like a premium product. The pieces a buyer needs were all there: spa series, the JetPak Therapy System, dealers, owner support. But they were spread across a dated layout that made the journey from "just looking" to "talking to a dealer" harder than it should have been.
The site also had a lot of jobs to do at once. It sells to homeowners, supports owners after the sale, serves a dealer network across North America and beyond, and needed to work in many languages, all while staying easy for Bullfrog's own team to keep current.

We started from how people actually shop for a hot tub: compare the series, understand what makes Bullfrog different, personalize the spa, then find a dealer. Every page was planned around moving visitors through those steps, with clear calls to action into the Design My Spa experience and the dealer locator at every stage.
From there we rebuilt the site on a modern WordPress and Elementor foundation, with a flexible library of content blocks so Bullfrog's marketing team can launch and update pages without waiting on a developer, and a visual design that finally matches the quality of the product.

Every collection, from the A, M and X Series hot tubs to the Swim Series, STIL and Calm, has its own page with models, layouts and pricing paths. Shoppers can compare the lineup side by side and narrow down the right spa without leaving the page.
Bullfrog's spas are a considered, high-end purchase, and the website now feels like one. A modern, image-led design, cleaner typography and consistent layouts give every page the same polish as the product, so the brand makes the right impression from the first visit.
Every product page now leads naturally to the next step, whether that's personalizing a spa in Design My Spa, scheduling a showroom visit or finding a local store. Fewer dead ends means more of the people who are ready to buy actually reach a dealer.

A current WordPress and Elementor stack replaces years of aging page builder and slider plugins. That makes the site easier to keep secure and up to date, and lets Bullfrog's team build new pages and campaigns on their own with reusable blocks.
